bespoke shapes

In addition to producing furniture at our in-house factory,
we work with architects and designers to realise their ideas/ designs.
Our production techniques allow us to make a lot of shapes, from rectangular to organic.

custom colors

We offer a wide range of standard colors, samples of these colors are available on simple request.
But we can also math your color choice.
We match RAL, NCS or Pantone colors.

add your logo

our bespoke items can be pimped up with your logo. A technique with screempritning offers ne solutions for branding requirements

rounded edges

A general rule for rounded edges in foam is that they are only possible if they are in the 2D silhouette.

These 2D views with rounded edges are the start of the foam seating elements below.
Elements of which all the edges are rounded, are impossible to make with our techniques.

Straight units shorter than 210cm can be made out of 1 piece.
We can also produce units which are longer but then, a glueline might be visible.

Straight conic units can be made out of 1piece.
Curved conic units are made out of multiple pieces and glued together. A glueline might be visible.
But, there are ways to make those gluelines less visible. For example by putting a champfer on it, shown in example 3.

Curved elements with backrests are made out of 2 pieces. A glueline might be visible.
Making the backrest angled, means adding extra gluelines.
By chosing for QM Tex, all those gluelines will be hidden.

just thinking with you

For hygienic en maintenance purposes in public areas, we often propose to add a plinth.
A plinth can be made out of foam or wood, depending on the clients demands.
A wooden plinth can be provided of a black laminated or a stainless steel finish.
Using a plinth also allows us to connect two pieces and to use in hight adjustable feet.

For cushions or wall panels, a minimum foam thickness of 5cm is required.
For seating units, we recommand a minimum seating depth and hight of 45cm.
For ergonomic purposes on sofa’s, we recommand to have a slightly angled seat and backrest.

For cushions which are meant to be mounted on a wooden base or a wall, we always use a wooden plate underneath the foam for fixation with screws.
That plate is smaller then the foam and will be coated in the same color as the foam.

getting started

To be able to realise your idea, we need at least a pdf with all the views and dimensions on it.
A dxf or dwg can be very helpfull.
For complex 3D shaped elements, we need a CAD file.
